Among the culinary offer we have kept the dishes of Slovenian traditional cuisine, home-made pork and sausages, home-made beef broth with noodles and žlikrofi (potato dumplings, specialty of the Idrija region), fried chicken, roast veal and pork, calf's liver and leg joints. To these old dishes we have added an excellent offer of steaks, beefsteaks with various additions. Most popular are .home-made žlikrofi with cheese sauce, noodles with truffles or fresh boletuses. We also take seasons into account because in spring we like to prepare fried or roast kid goat and lamb.

We offer fresh first-rate sea fish, shrimps and mussels, squid and, of course, the famous.Slovenian trout Trieste style.

We charm our guests with delicious home-made cakes and an outstanding home-made gibanica (a very heavy cake like pastry of poppy seeds, walnuts, apples, raisins, cheese etc, topped with cream).

We can boast about first-rate tart light red wine from Lower Carniola, a good refošk (Refosco) and zeleni silvanec (the Green Silvaner) from Lendavske gorice.
